Prior to founding ONESPARK I spent over 20 years as a brand strategy and marketing communications professional with some of the largest advertising agencies in North America. The last 9 years of my advertising agency career were spent as an executive vice president responsible for managing the client relationships and marketing communications strategy for Fortune 500 brands such as Owens Corning (global business), HGTV (now part of Warner Bros. Discovery), Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse, and PNC Bank.
The experience of developing impactful brand and marketing communications strategies for these brands inspired me to explore how to leverage the powerful intersection between brand promise and customer experience. It drove me to focus on developing an integrated, holistic, sustainable approach for helping companies create differentiated experiences that delivered on those brand promises. It culminated in the founding of ONESPARK, a brand experience innovation studio with a unique perspective and expertise.
