When I founded ONESPARK 14 years ago I was fortunate to be offered the opportunity to become a preferred contractor for Stone Mantel, a leading experience strategy consultancy. In that capacity I was able to put into practice my philosophy of merging the brand and customer experience strategy disciplines. My unique experience and approach allowed me lead many of their engagements from both a strategy and primary researcher role. In that capacity I played a central role in innovating experiences for some of world’s leading brands.

I have spent countless hours conducting ethnographic research (in home and online) moderating focus groups (in person and online) and facilitating workshops. But what’s been most gratifying is collaborating with client core teams and senior leadership to help them turn the insights we uncovered and the strategies we developed into compelling business cases and implementation roadmaps.

It’s been a privilege to partner with these brands and help them create deeper, more profitable relationships with their customers.
